Role Description:

The role of Accenture Operations Marketing & Communications is to develop a global, integrated marketing strategy to help grow Accenture's cloud, and business process services businesses.

The Accenture Operations Marketing team is responsible for a range of strategic tasks that help create profitable growth and enhance our position as one of the world's leading Operations companies. We look for flexible, innovative team players who have solid marketing experience and excellent problem-solving and communications skills. You must be able to handle several projects at any one time, and have the self-discipline to work effectively in a virtual environment with colleagues all over the world

Working as part of the Accenture Operations Marketing team, the Manager will work directly with the Senior Manager, Accenture Operations Digital Marketing, and Senior Manager, Accenture Operations[.

Campaigns and Client experience and Senior Manager, As a Service an Offerings to disrupt, design and deliver innovative digital and social media campaigns that showcase:

Key Responsibilities:

Work with marketing leads to plan, manage, implement and optimize high impact digital marketing campaigns and strategies tied to business goals for Accenture Operations.

Provide strategic direction, program planning and design, general management, quality control, and optimization across all owned, earned and paid channels.

Oversee social media branded channel footprint strategy and editorial content calendar to reach the company's target audience.

Monitor trends and innovations in digital marketing tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Bring new and creative ideas to the table.

Analyze, review and report on all digital marketing activity and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and insights to drive future program enhancements.

Provide strong internal client service e.g. quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Work Experience:

Extensive marketing experience and demonstrated knowledge in the tenets of traditional marketing.

Extensive B2B digital marketing experience, ideally with some years spent in a large corporate technology orientated business.

Demonstrated digital marketing strategic planning abilities.

Proven experience managing high impact and effective multi-channel digital campaigns

Search engine marketing – Experience with search engine optimization and paid search strategies.

Working knowledge and experience of the blogging ecosystem.

Mandatory social media channel professional experience: LinkedIn, Twitter, Slideshare and YouTube.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing paid social media tactics on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Experience and knowledge of analytics, understanding of digital KPIs and ability to compile high level program reports for leadership mapped to the KPIs.

Experience using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Qualifications

Professional Skill Requirements:

Demonstrates strong professional presence and ability to interact with multiple points of contact across functional groups at various career levels, including executives

Maintains excellent writing and language skills and can effectively communicate information and ideas

Ability to synthesize content/concepts into concise, well-structured presentations and other written communications

Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to develop insights and translate into improved campaigns and customer experiences

Proactive, self-starter who is motivated and driven to make a difference within the team

Be accountable and engaged

Attention to detail and high quality work outputs

Well organised with strong program management skills and an ability to manage multiple work streams and programs simultaneously

Strong team player willing to collaborate for best results

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (specialization in online/digital marketing a plus)
