Working as part of the Accenture Operations Marketing team, the Manager will work directly with the Senior Manager, Accenture Operations Digital Marketing, and Senior Manager, Accenture Operations[.

Work with marketing leads to plan, manage, implement and optimize high impact digital marketing campaigns and strategies tied to business goals for Accenture Operations.
Provide strategic direction, program planning and design, general management, quality control, and optimization across all owned, earned and paid channels.
Oversee social media branded channel footprint strategy and editorial content calendar to reach the company's target audience.
Monitor trends and innovations in digital marketing tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Bring new and creative ideas to the table.
Analyze, review and report on all digital marketing activity and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and insights to drive future program enhancements.
Provide strong internal client service e.g. quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Extensive marketing experience and demonstrated knowledge in the tenets of traditional marketing.
Extensive B2B digital marketing experience, ideally with some years spent in a large corporate technology orientated business.
Demonstrated digital marketing strategic planning abilities.
Proven experience managing high impact and effective multi-channel digital campaigns
Search engine marketing – Experience with search engine optimization and paid search strategies.
Working knowledge and experience of the blogging ecosystem.
Mandatory social media channel professional experience: LinkedIn, Twitter, Slideshare and YouTube.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing paid social media tactics on Twitter and LinkedIn.
Experience and knowledge of analytics, understanding of digital KPIs and ability to compile high level program reports for leadership mapped to the KPIs.
Experience using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Demonstrates strong professional presence and ability to interact with multiple points of contact across functional groups at various career levels, including executives
Maintains excellent writing and language skills and can effectively communicate information and ideas
Ability to synthesize content/concepts into concise, well-structured presentations and other written communications
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to develop insights and translate into improved campaigns and customer experiences
Proactive, self-starter who is motivated and driven to make a difference within the team
Be accountable and engaged
Attention to detail and high quality work outputs
Well organised with strong program management skills and an ability to manage multiple work streams and programs simultaneously
Strong team player willing to collaborate for best results
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (specialization in online/digital marketing a plus)
