Our client is an amazing retail and experiential marketing agency working with high profile blue chip clients in the retail and FMCG sectors. Their core activities cover retail activation, sampling, traditional sales promotion, general retail consultancy, digital and brand support. They are a leading agency in their field and due to new client wins, they are now looking to expand their team could you be their next Account Director?
As Account Director, you will be responsible for working on some of the agencies largest clients high profile household brands! Working at a strategic level, you'll be a true leader with excellent client management experience. You'll be managing a small team who will be responsible for the delivery of integrated campaigns, with core activities being retail activation, sampling, traditional sales promotion, general retail consultancy, digital and brand support - within trade. The role is not for the faint hearted, as you will also have responsibility for cross selling and growing the business through taking advantage of business development opportunities.
To be considered for this role, you'll be an experienced shopper marketer with experience working with FMCG brands or retailers. You'll have a natural passion for creating ideas and delivering shopper campaigns that are both insights driven, creative and commercially sound. You will be an ambitious individual with fantastic people skills and worked within an agency environment. This role is to work with FMCG brands, specifically drinks brands, experience in this sector is essential, with trade experience ideally.
