THE ROLE
As Account Director you will have one direct report (Senior Account Manager) and will be responsible for:

- Delivering for and growing the company's largest account (financial services client)
- Brand strategy, design and development
- Develop your direct report and lead additional resources such as producers
- Delivering projects across internal communications, strategy and creative brand communications for the client
- Reporting into the client partner
- Manage all account financials and be commercially astute to spot further revenue generating opportunities

YOU
To be eligible for this Account Director role you MUST have:

- Senior level agency experience, responsible for account revenue generation and growth
- Commercial acumen
- Experience in liaising with senior management and senior stakeholders
- Team management skills
- Excellent resource and account planning skills
