You have worked at account director level for at least two years preferably handling b2b accounts. You are familiar with immersing yourself in a client's business area and maintaining an overview on the business world as a whole to ensure you can contextualise matters to the best advantage. Likewise you can balance the demands of running a project team whilst considering the overall requirements of the agency.
Ideally you will have a degree in a scientific subject or relevant pharmaceutical/medical qualifications, although extensive experience from a medical communications agency will be sufficient.
This role requires you to provide a professional and consistent service to the clients in fitting with the fundamental drive and culture of the agency. You will need to be aware of opportunities in various sectors whilst taking care to make sure these do not infringe of the interests of the agency's current clients. Team leadership is a must, as is a high degree of computer literacy.
The company is a B2B agency specialising in marketing communications. Due to the location of their Buckinghamshire-based office this position is commutable from High Wycombe, Watford, Beaconsfield, Maidenhead, Slough, Oxford, North London, Hemel Hempstead, Luton and Milton Keynes.
