We're working with a leading Events agency in Manchester in their search for an Account Director. As Account Director you'll work with several key accounts immersing yourself within their business to understand their plans. You'll be responsible for planning and overseeing the delivery of large scale live events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and exceeds the clients expectations. As a strong Project Manager you'll oversee all aspects of the event planning including Logistics, Creative etc, whilst also having a big input into shaping the event.
Building relationships with stakeholders you'll be able to identify opportunities for growth and present your ideas to gain client buy in. Supporting you will be a capable and talented team who you'll mentor and develop within the agency.
To be considered for the Account Director role you'll be able to demonstrate experience of delivering live events and experience managing key clients within an agency. Excellent project management skills are essential as is the ability to lead and inspire others, whilst keeping calm under pressure.
