Account Director - Media / Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Campaign Manager required for one of the largest, global Entertainment organisations with a huge presence across Digital, Retail, Social Media and Events.

The Account Director - Media / Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Campaign Manager role involves working across and developing relationships with a large number of internal teams to develop the company's customer Acquisition strategy across multiple channels.

The Account Director - Media / Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will:

* Communicate, present, and sell their ideas to internal stakeholders within the business.
* Work closely with the CRM Director in developing an acquisition strategy to grow the database.
* Create and implement Marketing plans across Social Media, eCommerce, Retail, Print and Direct Marketing.
* Work across the whole business to develop a truly unique customer acquisition and eventually loyalty proposition.
* Collect data about customers Offline (in store, direct marketing etc) and harness it to be used Online and visa versa.

The Account Director - Media / Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Campaign Manager must:

* Have demonstrable hands-on experience in Acquisition Marketing.
* Have a good working knowledge of Marketing across Web, Direct, Social Media, TV and Print.
* Have excellent presentation / internal sales skills.
* Be well versed in matrix / project management.
* Be a hands-on person who thrives in a fast paced environment, is very delivery driven and goes the extra mile to get things done.
