THE COMPANY - This company is a profitable Online Market Research Agency providing consultancy and conducting research for Brands, Companies and Communications Agencies across a broad range of sectors.  This company is a small but growing agency which is part of a larger marketing group that also own a similar sister market research company that also sit in the same office.

Working in this company you will find these guys are a really friendly bunch who are also led by a very inspiring and motivated MD. Having already successfully re-launched the sister research company she is now using these learning to implement a similar approach in this current market research company. Motivating the teams and maintaining a really cohesive, co-operative and fresh thinking work environment has been a key factor in the company’s growth and development.

VACANCY – working alongside other account managers there will be a shared focus on winning new business from scratch and managing and developing existing business. Ideally they are looking for someone with experience of account management or developing cold business. B2b experience targeting marketing and communications leads would be ideal but not essential. As well as day to day account management skills they will be looking for people who are able to generate leads from scratch, cold call or cold email where necessary, manage a pipeline strategy, set up client meetings and prepare and present pitch presentation.

RECOGNITION & REWARD – Commission is highly achievable and targeted against extending existing clients and winning new business. The agency has quarterly incentive trips, provides relevant industry in-house training and monthly 121’s meetings for all employees. Consistent with the company and management values, employee’s development is taken very seriously as they truly believe that understanding employee’s needs and motivations is the key the sustainability and growth of the company.  

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • You will be someone who loves account development or business development but also has an interested in more long term client consulting work.
  • Ideally some interest or experience in marketing, market intelligence, market research, Insight, data, information or analysis industries. – but not essential.
  • We’d also love to hear about your experience working in a target driven role.
  • You should also have some experience conducting client meetings or presenting client pitches.
  • We can only consider you if you already have UK markets experience and right to work in UK.
