Account Executive - (Marketing/Advertising/Healthcare) - London

£20 to £25k + great benefits

My client, is an international creative marketing consultancy, made for modern healthcare marketing. They are looking for an Account Executive to be based in Central London.
Combining the commercial focus of a consultancy with the creative vision of an agency, they work across the entire marketing landscape : globally and regionally, strategically and tactically, at a brand, portfolio and organisational level.
An exciting opportunity is now open for an experienced Account Executive to join their growing team!

Scope of the role:
An exciting role has arisen on one of our largest accounts to work on the most innovative immunotherapies in hematology today across EMEA. From day one you’ll be working on diverse launch activities with a dedicated, supportive and knowledgeable team. The Account Executive is responsible for managing tasks assigned by senior team members on the project and new business opportunities under the supervision of a senior team member.

Responsibilities:
Liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and take detailed briefs
Manage detailed status and contact reports
Successfully manage projects with supervision : strong PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
Manage asset approvals (experience using Zinc would be a major advantage)
Undertake administrative tasks
Arrange and attend meetings
Log in time and expenses regularly on Synergist
Ensure that the project team update time and expenses regularly on Synergist

Experience/qualifications and skills:

Essential

Previous client facing experience and budgeting experience
Must be focused on delivering quality to a tight deadline
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally

Desired

Oncology and/or hematology
Degree level qualification in life-sciences and a strong scientific acumen
Experience of working with digital and non-digital assets e.g. e-Details, apps

Personal attributes

Good communicator both written and verbal, take initiatives, responsible, confident, team player
Experienced & confident communicating with clients
Keen attention to detail
Creative eye and interest in the creative process
