Our client is a marketing agency focused on the delivery of insight and intelligence from a client’s data sources to enable better marketing performance. They are looking for a talented Data Planner or Account Manager to join their team where you will develop your skills working with experienced planners and insight specialists.

  • Supporting the Senior Data Planner and Client Lead on all elements of Client projects
  • Work on the quality of all deliverables on their projects
  • Client liaison as and when necessary
  • Acting in support for briefing of all account requirements
  • Working with external client Agencies in delivery of programmes
  • Proactively supporting corporate ambitions to bring together Technology, Insight and Creativity through projects under their control


The Data Planner or Account Manager is a key supporting role in that it’s your work that ensures our Senior Data Planners and Client Leads can ensure their Clients’ success and the long term viability of the account. The key attributes of the role holder are –


  • An attention to detail in interpreting requirements and briefing them to delivery colleagues
  • A careful approach to project management and strict compliance with the production processes
  • Clear and concise communications skills in dealing with Client and colleagues to manage delivery of commitments
  • An organised and structured approach to time management across multiple tasks and deadlines
  • The ability to recognise and identify key metrics that support Clients’ objectives
  • A proactive approach to learning about new channels and technology
  • A collegiate approach to working across multi discipline teams internally and externally across Client and  partner teams
  • An appreciation for their own knowledge gaps and a proactive approach to filling them through their PDP

Skills they would ideally bring and further develop include:

  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of multiple channels, specifically around the deliverability and effectiveness
  • The ability to create detailed test matrices including cell size and significance calculations to ensure that Client programmes are effectively designed and measured
  • The ability to create insight from data – e.g. campaign reporting, dashboards and the practical recognition of trends from data analysis
  • The ability to proactively contribute to marcomms solutions based on data insight (Primary and Tertiary)
  • Proactive recommendation of improvements to delivery efficiency
