Account Manager, Manchester - Digital

We are working with an integrated agency in Manchester city centre whohave grown their Digital operation significantly in recent years. They're now looking for an Account Manager to join the team, working with several major retail clients managing Digital and CRM campaigns.

The business works with an enviable roster of leading brands and they have an excellent reputation for the quality of their work. The Account Manager will take responsibility for:

  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their areas of responsibility and build up a thorough understanding of the business.
  • Working with the internal Data Analysts to identify trends in customer behaviour and devising plans for effective targeting that will boost sales.
  • Overseeing Digital projects including Microsites and Online advertising campaigns.
  • Managing ongoing eCRM campaigns, and ad hoc promotions to ensure the message is seen by the right audience.
  • Presenting ideas to stakeholders and reporting back regularly on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

For the Account Manager roles, the business is keen to speak to experienced Account Handlers who have managed Digital campaigns within an agency. You'll be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience building relationships and influencing senior level contacts.
  • Project Management skills and experience working across a broad range of Digital channels.
  • The ability to identify trends from data and develop appropriate CRM strategies.
  • A passion for technology and the opportunities it can offer in the Retail sector.
