GlobalWebIndex (GWI), one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK have a rare, exciting and unrivalled opportunity for an Account Manager based in our London HQ!

To support our global expansion, you will have extensive knowledge of the media agency industry, working across our most lucrative and key clients.

The Role:

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

* Build consultative long-term relationships with existing clients within the EMEA region

* Face to Face, Email, Phone & Screen-share & events

* Identify and sell in growth opportunities within existing clients across the full range of GWI Solutions including product demonstrations

* Identify and engage with key target contacts via personal network, qualified in-bound leads and proactive outbound engagement with key DM’s in defined vertical against defined corporate targets

* Manage all aspects of clients and new business presentations and deliver of tailored pitch and proposal documents

* Track all conversations and manage all sales opportunities via Salesforce and Insight Squared

* Keep business up to date with key market developments with industry product and competitor news
* Gather, feed back and support continuous development of product, team and culture.

About You

* Proven Account Management experience working with top tier clients

* Experience from the Media / Agency Industry

* Excellent communication and second to none relationship building skills

* Detailed understanding of sales cycle & proven closing capabilities

* Experience of working with Salesforce or other similar CRM software solutions

* Collaborative approach with view to learn and share knowledge
