We are looking for Assistant Membership & Loyalty Manager to join one of the UKs top entertainment providers.

About the company;

They have expanded to other forms of entertainment in most recent years, but always keeping their member’s and consumer experience at the heart of their business. About the role You’ll want to champion a CRM focused culture, contributing to the creation, implementation and development of commercial objectives - that aid the success of the acquisition of new members.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Development and execution of marketing campaigns relating to membership schemes
  • Build & maintain effective relationships with relevant agencies to build external communication plans
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to implement membership communications across websites, apps, all social media channels and other brand channels
  • Identify and target key membership segments through various communication channels
  • Develop and communicate brand awareness campaigns for their membership
  • Create and develop online content
  • Monitor and report membership insights and analytics 

About you;

You will be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver against activity deadlines. You’ll have the confidence to contribute to the development, creation and implementation of all commercial membership schemes. You will have marketing background in a similar role, that demonstrates a key grasp of the retention and acquisition of consumers.

Ideal skills that benefit you in this role include:

  • Good numerical and analytic skills
  • Effective in problem analysis and willing to make decisions
  • Able to develop teamwork and optimise the use of resources to achieve organisational objectives
  • Optimistic, spontaneous and enjoy collaborating with colleagues
