A rare opportunity outside of London for an Associate Director (or ambitious Research Manager) to join a specialist boutique agency in the north-eastern corner of Berkshire.
This agency pride themselves on the talent and passion of their team and their ability to deliver real insights which inspire action for global brands. Working across an interesting range of shopper, innovation and new product development projects, they take an in -depth approach to every question their client asks- whether this be re-inventing a brand, re-shaping the way their clients do business with certain audiences or using their design expertise and strategic thinking to create a bespoke brand study.
Although as an agency they work across both quantitative and qualitative techniques, this role will require you to be a quantitative expert (any qual on top of this is great!) with the capability of taking a complex brief through from proposal to final delivery. Account management will also play a key part and you will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships. You will also need to be excited by the prospect of getting more involved in new business development and wider company strategies as you will ideally be progressing to Research Director level within the next 1-2 years!
