A global, marketing leading brand in consumer electronics and B2B enterprise solutions within tech and telecoms is currently recruiting for a talented B2B Channel Marketing Manager to join the team at a time of rapid growth.
This role will be fundamental to the success of the B2B channel marketing strategy, alongside supporting channel campaigns and B2B events to expand the company's relationship with network operator channel partners. The successful person will look after a key strategic operator relationship, so experience within a mobile network operator is key.
The Channel Marketing Manager will work with key network operator channel partners and wider stakeholder community to ensure that all marketing activities are fully leveraged and executed through the channel.
The successful person will have experience of leading virtual teams, and will possess in-depth knowledge of the network operator market and its stakeholders.
A commercially-focused mind-set is essential, alongside proven delivery capability to identify marketing and business opportunities creatively.
-Working with nominated partners to build co-marketing activation plans to maximise sales of the B2B portfolio and increase share of business within the partner.
-Developing a strong network of marketing and business relationships with nominated partners to develop opportunities that will benefit the business above the competition.
-Providing strategic guidance on B2B marketing trends and best practice.
-Managing partners specific activities, such as promotions, events, incentives, creative and PR.
-Designing and ensuring a world-class launch service to partners and their customers through partner communications, engagement, sales and marketing enablement, measurement and reporting, plus partner capability.
-Continually researching industry developments, competitor propositions and working closely with partner to identify opportunities for development.
-Understanding customer account requirements/opportunities and developing successful relationships at all levels in the account.
-Organising and attending monthly and quarterly planning meetings with key partners and stakeholders.
-Ensuring marketing budgets are allocated in a cost-effective manner to drive ROI.
-Managing activity review process and analysing marketing activity to drive improvements.
-Managing reporting dashboards, marketing admin, budget and finance processing.
-Managing 3rd party agencies to deliver projects and activities to brief, o time and to budget.
-Successful partnering and stakeholder management experience.
-Educated to degree level or equivalent - preferably in a business of marketing-related subject.
-A background in tech and telecoms is essential, ideally from vendor-side.
-B2B Channel Marketing experience from within a similar role or environment.
-Full marketing mix experience; ATL, BTL and digital enablement.
-Self-motivated, creatively minded and a great deal of initiative to seek out and create business opportunities.
-A confident stakeholder manager and relationship builder with strong team-working approach.
-Commercial ability to produce business cases and report ROI on marketing spend.
-Highly competent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
-Experience in managing marketing budgets with understanding of business financials.
-Customer-facing experience in a channel marketing or similar role.
-Demonstrated marketing related project management skills.
