A truly global law firm is looking for a high-calibre person to join their business development team. The role holder will support the implementation of sector business development strategies and campaigns, ensuring effective, high-quality and timely delivery. This will involve establishing productive relationships across the Business Development Department as well as with partners, lawyers and other business services teams.
The Business Development Executive will be strongly involved in the bids process, drawing together information and managing the process from start to finish, guiding the partners involved in each bid. CRM will also be involved as you will support the Business Development Manager in the development and implementation of client development plans and manage sector data in the firm's InterAction CRM system. On the broader marketing side, management of the directory submissions will a key immediate responsibility along with drafting and producing sector marketing materials, market research, PR and events.
In order to be considered for this challenging role, you will need to have a good academic background allied to proven business development experience in a fast-paced professional services firm, preferably within the legal sector. The Business Development Executive will also need to be positive and tenacious with the ability to pro-actively drive initiatives forward and motivate resources within and outside their own team to deliver results.
