My client is a leading Global Law Firm with a very impressive reputation in the market. Due to continuous growth they are looking to recruit a Bid Co-ordinator to help the team in the preparation of bid/pitch proposals and tenders across the Firms key service lines, nationwide and internationally.
Working with key stakeholders and the wider business development function you will co-ordinate and manage small to medium size bids and pitches for the Firm, assist on complex bids/pitches and project manage proposals and presentation materials across all services lines.
What We Are Looking For
Strong written/communication and attention to detail skills are a must to ensure all documents and bids are of the highest quality and brand compliant and you will be a confident stakeholder manager.
For this very specific role we can only consider individuals with proven Bids and Tenders experience, ideally gained from working in a professional services / partnership environment i.e. (law/accountancy/consultancy practice) or business services arena.
