Do you want to be part of an internationally recognised and established Professional Services Firm?

Our client is currently looking for a Bid Manager to join their skilled Marketing and Business Development Department working with their internal Firm services in their Assurance team working alongside a range of stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity to make an impact within a large industry leading Firm. You will be responsible for project managing large, strategically important bids on a national basis; taking ownership and helping execute bids on the most effective and efficient way.
We are looking for someone who can proactively contribute to win strategies, who can advise and challenge others with a real passion to helping others navigate the bid process.

Can you?
Lead on pitches and tenders from end to end across key service lines.
Provide strategic input, advice and management on high value tenders and bid opportunities.
Guide stakeholders through a scoping process that will help determine what the client really wants and identify how the Firms services will match those needs.
Guide and challenge Assurance and industries and the wider Business Development team making the decision to tender (Stop, Go advise)
Create quality pitch, tender content and messages that focus on delivering client needs in an innovative and creative way.
Challenge and coach on best practice throughout the pitch and tender process.
Obtain debriefs from clients and targets on pitch and tender wins and losses.
Deliver tailored training modules, working closely with stakeholders to understand where training may be required


Are you able to?
Manage key account relationships and client plans
Coach/challenge the Firms Partners on Business Development opportunities and activities.
Manage multi channel campaigns and events to promote and create opportunities and activities.
Analyse and measure the success of all marketing and business development activity


Do you have?
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Effective time and project management skills
Exceptional attention to detail skills
