Elevation Marketing are currently recruiting a Bid Writer for a leading utilities business in Leeds.
Our client is undergoing a significant period of growth and are looking for a new member of the team to join this forward thinking, fast paced business.
As the Bid Writer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing the production and delivery of sales support documentation whilst collating and developing a bid library
* Liaising with sales and finance to collate all information required for RFI's and PQQ's
* Working with Marketing to ensure the content, look, feel of the bids are in line with company branding and guidelines
* Research tender opportunities, sign up to local authority portals and research future business opportunities
* Ensuring bids are written to the highest standard using a tailored approach
* Working closely with the sales team to help the company achieve new business sales targets
Elevation Marketing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
* Ideally educated to degree level
* Proven experience in a bid writing or related role
* Creative writing, proof reading and editorial responsibility through reworking technical content
* Excellent organisational, attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
