Bids Assistant position which would suit a person from a regulated administrative / marketing support position..  This role will see you providing support to the team on a day-to-day basis, this will involve:

Monitoring the central Bids Inbox and other online tender portals and acting as point of contact with legal teams regarding new and existing opportunities.  You will provide administrative support on live bids and coordinating final drafts.

For this position the ideal candidate will be experienced in providing administrative support to busy team, working to non-negotiable deadlines.  It is therefore essential that you have a proven track record of managing not only your time, but those around you and also the ability to juggle multiple priorities whilst still maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

The client looking for a confident, highly organised, hardworking and articulate individual, who is not afraid to challenge the thinking of others and share their own ideas for improvement.

An enthusiastic and positive attitude is essential.

It would be ideal if you will have a background in business development or marketing, preferably within professional services.
