Are you a commercial Marketing Manager with exceptional organisational ability, International event and retail experience and strong stakeholder influencing skills?

Our client is a fabulous property company based in Central London with high profile clients and portfolios. You will help steer the development of the consumer-facing brands across the portfolios, as well as helping position and strengthen the company's corporate reputation.

Brand and Marketing Manager - £40,000 - £45,000 - Central London


You will:
- manage delivery of the B2C marketing communications tactical activity for the Central London portfolios
- help deliver high profile marketing events and initiatives to strengthen the portfolios' commercial objectives
- assist with B2B positioning of the organisation and destination brands

You MUST HAVE:
- industry experience derived from retail, events marketing, tourism destination or luxury goods sector
- experience of marketing and events delivery with comfort in environments with high ambiguity and complexity
- knowledge of retail and destination marketing is essential
- experience in managing stakeholder engagement activities/events
- good writing skills are essential. You should be able to identify key points in any issue and translate these into messages for target audiences, writing for a variety of consumer media including publications and electronic media
- experience in project & event management of seminars, exhibitions and other large-scale events essential - including list management, meeting scheduling, administrative responsibilities (minute-taking, agendas, etc)
- able to input and help deliver diverse marketing programmes for a variety of audiences, both within the UK and internationally. Working knowledge of Australasian and Chinese markets an asset
- experience of successfully managing a roster of agencies
- proven capability of managing large budgets effectively
