This dynamic Global Professional Services Firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Brand Communications Manager to join their central Marketing function.
Working with a variety of stakeholders across the business and suppliers / agencies you will manage the Firms brand execution, education and engagement articulating what's different and better about the Firm across internal and external channels.
Be the brand champion in activating and implementing a brand position and visual and verbal identity systems.
Lead the on-going development of brand identity tools, communications templates and new formats.
Have a deep understanding of implementing effective brand architecture.
Manage and develop where required the brand guidelines and house-style to adapt to changing market requirements.
Effectively assess materials for brand compliance.
Promote the brand across the firm, including training and presenting.
Communicate any issues clearly, constructively and assertively with internal clients
Show a strong desire to maintain and support the Firms corporate identity and brand
Have the drive and confidence to challenge and influence people at all levels and maintain strong networks.
Manage the budget and spend within the Brand function.
Have the ability to help drive effective change throughout a diverse organisation.
The successful candidate will have proven brand management and change management / communications delivery skills gained in the Professional Services sector i.e. Accountancy / Legal / Consultancy Firm or within a large corporate B2B organisation. Having brand management experience gained working in a Brand Communications Agency would also be suitable for this role.
