The Brand Controller will be a classically trained FMCG specialist, likely already at heavyweight SBM or Marketing Manager level, to take on complete responsibility for a brand which stretches into a number of different categories. There is a strong NPD pipeline covering new additions to key ranges, new ideas/formats and some exciting product development on other parts of the portfolio. Due to this focus, the successful candidate will need to have proven FMCG innovation experience ideally gained within food, as well as strong experience in ATL comms. We need someone who can cut to the chase and really focus on where the brand and category wins are; someone who can quickly validate ideas and determine the best brand opportunities. And because of the collaborative and team spirited culture of this company, it is also essential to have an open communication style so relationships can be built super-fast!
