This opportunity with one of our most popular FMCG businesses is superb for a brand director looking for a 12 month maternity cover to manage one if it's biggest brands and a team of brand managers. The business is looking for a highly experienced and energetic brand director to lead the plans that grow their biggest category. If you'd like to know then read on.

Your duties will include:

  • Responsibility for P&L delivery and market share growth
  • Lead, motivate and build a large team (experience is necessary)
  • Develop a clear strategy and a three year plan
  • Direct and manage external agencies
  • Lead innovation pipeline
  • Be the key contact for the division with all stakeholders

To be suitable for this role you must have:

  • A strong track record of brand transformation and leading strategic change
  • Experience of marketing leadership within a leading FMCG business
  • Be commercially and analytically aware
  • Be flexible and able to work to changing deadlines and have managed a team
