Where you’ll work

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Brand and Customer Communication Executive reporting to our Brand and Customer Communication Manager.  The role will be based from London or Cannock with a requirement for flexibility and some travel.

What you’ll do

The role holder will support the Brand and Customer Communication Manager to uphold the company’s brand - ensuring consistency of identity and message across our waste, water, energy and green products business.  This will also require you to be the day to day point of contact for tactical brand execution activities and work with the product development teams to deliver product marketing collateral and marketing activities.

Working with the business, external agencies and manager, the role holder will be required to deliver compelling customer communications, engagement materials and campaigns to support the company’s growth objective. 

This is a highly creative role designed to ensure that we maximise the value of our brand across our business and beyond, paying particular focus to our customer communications.  Equally the role holder must ensure that we measure and monitor brand effectiveness across all execution channels and achieve the best value for money and return on investment.

You’ll develop stimulating collateral and campaigns that adhere to brand guidelines and messaging and work with the product development team to create materials which maximise new product sales opportunities.      

You will support the development of customer messaging, communication and retention campaigns across various touch points that cover the customer journey. You will also ensure customer challenges, needs and insights are at the heart of plans that meet business targets.

The role will see you support Business Development teams in ensuring that we have the right offers available for target customers and you will liaise with the legal team to ensure that product/offer messages are accurate. You will also enable the delivery of case studies and other promotional tools to help the sales teams maximise sales opportunities.

 

What you’ll need to know

We’re looking for someone of graduate level or equivalent, who has completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related discipline.

You will demonstrate an understanding of the business context and the impact and contribution of sustainability to business growth, company brand and customer offering.

As someone with strong customer engagement skills, you will be able to apply your creative aptitude and project management skills to excellent effect. Essentially, we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, goal orientated with a flexible approach.
