£35,000 - £40,000 + Car Allowance

This is an excellent opportunity for a classically trained FMCG brand marketer to join this dynamic and growing healthy food business. Teams are lean so you will report directly into Controller level and be working on the flagship brand. The role will offer exposure to the full mix including NPD. What we are looking for is a highly motivated, self-starter. You will thrive in a fast paced environment where decisions are made quickly and you will have an entrepreneurial approach and always be looking for different ways of doing things. A real passion for food is essential to succeed in this role.
Our ideal candidate
A classic and rigorous FMCG training and exposure to the full mix is ideal. Knowledge of the UK grocery channels is essential. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be commercially strong and enjoy working with data and be comfortable pulling out key insights and most importantly he a superb project manager with a proven track record of delivery. This is a fast paced and very hands on environment where there is no place to hide.
