£40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
This is a fantastic classic brand manager role for a seasoned brand manager. This is a global brand so you will have lots of interaction with the global teams and senior stakeholders. You will have a confident and highly personable style and high levels of gravitas and maturity. You will need to be fairly self-sufficient and have the ability to make decisions and recommendations that will add to growth in market share and profit. The company is going through a lot of change at the moment so you will need to be able to cope with ambiguity. The brand is supported atl and you will be involved in both the strategy and more day to day operational tasks specifically brand activation, experiential, sampling and PR.
Our Ideal Candidate
A rigorous background in FMCG brand marketing is essential and this will ideally have been gained in another blue-chip environment. Strong academics are essential as well as previous full mix exposure. You will be strong commercially and use to being P&L responsible. You will have superb interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels as well as stakeholder management experience. You will already be operating at Brand Manager level and looking for a bigger challenge.
