My client is the UK arm of a World leading producer of Premium Drinks with a UK market share exceeding 60% and consistent Category growth YOY. In addition to their flagship brands the company is also responsible for a range of Premium Wines from around the world.
Through highly effective brand & channel strategy the company has achieved clear leadership for the flagship brands in their recognised trade sectors and now seek growth in new sectors which offer considerable development potential.
The Brand Manager will be responsible not just for defending this strong market position but also for identifying and developing these new opportunities across the full product range.
This is a key Marketing role with a strong Commercial element that will involve working closely with the parent team in Europe, the UK Sales Team and the wider Marketing team to ensure an efficient and effective strategy is agreed and implemented.
Working closely with the Marketing Director and your European counterpart you will have responsibility for the following key tasks: -

It is not highly structured or process driven but Commercial decisions are scrutinised and based on market data, regular analysis of the market & competitors and effective Category Management.
