Wonderful FMCG opportunity for a proven BM to work with this desirable and recognisable brand.

Working for this ambitious and fast-growing FMCG business you will be given broad responsibility for the following:

  • To strategically develop the brand
  • Deliver profitable growth through commercial management and insight-led strategy
  • Leading the development of NPD, pack & price initiatives
  • Development of ATL/BTL brand collateral with the SBM and agency partners
  • To lead cross-functional teams and work closely with senior managers

This is a highly visible role, so to be considered you need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A strong grounding in FMCG Brand Management with a blue-chip brand
  • Energy and drive that separates you from your peers and is strongly required in this ambitious and forward thinking business
  • Experience of understanding brand P&L and commercial implications
  • Ability to be bold with a fresh and creative approach to innovation
  • To challenge in a collaborative and positive way
