Our client is a well established and fast growing, branded FMCG business making and marketing instantly recognisable 'cool brands' that have high consumer appeal and are tapping into key trends in their category. To support the ongoing growth plans a new Brand Manager role has been created.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Brand Manager will help to develop and deliver marketing initiatives that continue to build brand awareness and consumer loyalty. This is a fast paced role where you are responsible for two high profile brands that are enjoying significant growth. You will work on everything from innovation to campaign management and digital marketing in addition to trade marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with at least two years brand marketing experience gained in a consumer goods setting. Candidates working agency side with FMCG brands are also encouraged to apply. A challenger brand mentality of thinking differently, being disruptive and experimenting is key to success in this role. This role offers a lot of responsibility so good organisational skills, a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
