As a Brand Manager on J2O you will be joining a fun, creative and high performing team who are looking to stepchange performance and perception of J2O. Working on one of the biggest adult socialising brand you will have a real chance to make a difference and grow your career.
You will be responsible for delivering some of our biggest campaigns with a significant spend and launching scale innovation into the market.
Key Responsibilities:
-To deliver the annual plan and the annual budget.
-To lead the development of our latest innovation – working with internal and external teams to bring this to market, delivering BTL comms and owning its performance in market and the P&L.
-To work with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement brand collateral for some of our biggest campaigns at critical times of the year (Christmas and Summer).
-Work with the Marketing Manager and Market Activation team in implementing consumer-facing programmes in conjunction with external agency partners
-To manage brand expenditure to maximise value and ROI for the organisation and its shareholders
-To lead cross-functional teams (commercial & operational), providing vision and direction to ensure the effective delivery of agreed brand activities and programmes
-To monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend changes to the annual plan.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
-Branded commercial experience
-Experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L
-Strong track record in broad cross-functional project management and delivery
-Experience in creating and applying consumer, shopper and category insights into brand strategy and actionable plans
-Budgetary control of defined projects and programmes
-Understanding and application of research information
-Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
