The leading consumer travel company is looking for a Brand Manager to join their Marketing team to develop and deliver brand strategy and positioning: campaigns, annual messaging calendar laydown, ATL and BTL creatives and media campaigns. This role's mission is to develop a comprehensive propositional roadmap to optimise share of the market with key target segments. Analyse and create segmentation roadmap that is data-driven, to drive demand and improve loyalty that will increase acquisitions of products across the board.

As a Brand Manager you will join the wider Marketing team reporting directly into the Marketing and invocation Director and be responsible for:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Opportunity to put your stamp on brand marketing: create a from scratch brand strategy. Evaluate the business and be responsible for significant brand campaigns
  • Agree on segment audience and strategies to target them, through PR, campaign, and content.
  • Designing and executing a marketing strategy. To Deliver new product, proposition and offer launches.
  • Build out a messaging hierarchy and strategy for the brand. Build brand look & feel.
  • Multi-channel media management including writing content, monitoring, updating, engaging messaging through all channels.
  • Identifying and building relationships with key opinion leaders, and managing our Railcard delivery programme.
  • Coordinating marketing activity with the Business Development and PR/Communications teams to ensure it supports overarching business plans.
  • Coordinating with Demand Generations and website teams in maintaining and updating customer campaigns and website content.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on experience in Brand Marketing and worked on a suite of products/propositions in a subscription-based environment such as telecoms or financial services.

The Brand Manager role requires the following experience:

  • Must be a Brand Expert: specialist in defining target segment, messaging and brand strategy development.
  • In-house experience brand marketing experience. Experience working in an FMCG brand or travel brand or aggregator (e.g. Booking.com) experience welcome.
  • Extensive experience in Brand Marketing
  • Commercially minded. Customer-centric. Think out of the box. Challenge status quo.
