How you can help us

We’re looking for a conscientious Client Coordinator to support the important work we do on one of our biggest clients.  

You’ll work with our Client Executives and wider client services team to help deliver all of the brilliant day-to-day work, which could include:

  • Media planning and booking or developing marketing collateral and proof reading.
  • Looking after your clients directly, on the phone or by email and dazzling them with excellent service and efficiency.
  • Keeping all account admin up to date.
  • Being a hive of information, understanding client’s business, their challenges and offering advice and recommendations where you see fit.  

More about you

No experience is needed for this role as this is an entry level position. We're all about equal opportunities for everyone. So you could come from any background, but it would be desirable if you have a degree in a related field or some experience within marketing. Brownie points to you if you’re already working within a creative agency or have an employer branding background! There will be routine tasks to complete, but you’ll have a keen eye for detail so nothing will get past you. Every day can hand you new challenges, whether that’s negotiating with the media or working to tight deadlines - you’ll be adept at responding to written and oral communication in the way most suitable for the situation. You’ll be working with key decision makers, so you’ll need sound reasoning skills and top-notch negotiation skills. Organisation is a necessity, as is the ability to work from your own initiative and multi task in a fast paced environment.
