There is currently an opportunity available with a globally recognised manufacturer in the Leeds area, who are one of the leaders within their field. They're looking to appoint an experienced Business & Customer Insight Manager to work in co-operation with a number of countries within the dedicated region, ensuring that the company get all relevant insight to allow them to grow the business further, for example: market data and trends, customer / consumer information through research, competitor and other data sources such as external agencies.
Your overall purpose within this role will be to ensure that everyone pulls together to put the customers and consumers central to the way they work and help develop the customer journeys for the relevant groups. You will also be the lead contact for all research carried out both regionally and internationally.
Key accountabilities within this role will include analysing long and short term trends that are relevant for the businesses target groups, reporting on market developments and the company performance against this data, indentifying opportunities to grow the category and brands, defining and updating customer / consumer journeys, managing the Business & Customer Insights budget.
To be successful in this role you'll ideally have broad marketing/marketing research experience and a degree in a relevant subject area such as marketing or business.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000 depending on experience, pension contribution, bonus and healthcare schemes.
