Yorkshire's most established and most awarded full service marketing and creative agencies are looking for a Business Development expert to develop and execute new business sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve agreed financial targets to grow the agency even further!!!
As Business Development Director, you'll be supported by the Board, however be responsible for leading this team! You'll be responsible for creating sales collateral & campaigns to gain a pipeline of opportunities within the agreed strategic, tactical and entrepreneurial target accounts. Working closely with the teams to identify key decision makers within the new customers and develop strategies to make contact through telephone calls, campaigns, networks and presentations – you must love the buzz when you win a pitch
What we're Looking For:
This is an agency that everyone wants to work for…so if you want to work with the best and consider yourself to be the best, then this could be for you! You must have experience of working in a business development role – preferably with a marketing agency (integrated / creative / digital)
