This Creative Agency are looking for someone who can maximise opportunities for growth within the business, with a focus on FMCG, retail, alcohol and more. Working closely with the MD, you'll be responsible for converting leads into longstanding business relationships, contributing to the expansion of this already successful agency and executing the agency's exciting business strategy.
The agency is a great believer in progression. Sociable, collaborative and supportive you'll be entering an environment that will give you all the tools you need to be the Business Development Manager you deserve to be.
What We're Looking For:
A solid communicator who can build and maintain relationships, has attention to detail and good commercial acumen. You'll have charisma, thrive on autonomy and be comfortable managing your own time and processes.
Must come from agency background with a focus on FMCG, retail, travel or alcohol and have a proven track record working within a sales environment. Heading up the new business arm you'll also have a vested interest in the creative marketing world, and a desire to stay abreast with developments within the marketing sector.
