This top real estate firm is growing rapidly and is looking for an innovative business development manager to drive BD, sales & targeting initiatives across a number of competitive sectors.
Working alongside a highly talented and well-respected BD Director and a central Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an effective business development strategy that builds long-term growth. Within this role you will identify and follow up on new opportunities within key market areas by building strong relationships, supporting the tender process and coaching pitch teams, developing targeting programmes, promoting cross-selling, supporting the development of the firm's CRM system, and coaching Partners to improve their personal BD skills.
With outstanding communication skills and a positive, upbeat attitude, you will most likely have similar business development experience within the real estate sector or other professional services environment. This firm is different to other firms in that they really value new ideas and approaches to business development, so this will be ideal for someone entrepreneurial and willing to challenge the status quo.
