Outstanding opportunity presents itself for a Business Intelligence Technology Management Consultant (someone who is a Management Consultant "in their head" and a Technologist "in their heart") to take responsibility for end to end, cross sector delivery of the highest quality BI, EPM solutions.

This is an opportunity to work on the cream of multi £ million BI transformation pieces.

The role.

*You will be; supporting Business Development initiatives, including bid proposal and contract / commercial management, pre sales etc

*Supporting and creating innovative and successful consulting solutions that enhance, integrate and expand the practices Business Intelligence capability as a whole

*Defining the end-to-end application and infrastructure architecture for enterprise datawarehouse solutions.

*Managing the key client technical stakeholders
*Defining the BI Technology roadmap for clients
*Acting as the design authority for large, complex solutions

Qualifications and Skills needed;

*Strong analytical, strategic and commercial experience with the ability to apply their skills in a dynamic, commercial environment

*Ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent

*Ability to identify profitable opportunities for growing the business

*TOGAF, CITP or ITIL certified
*BI Vendor/Product certified e.g. Oracle, Ab Initio, Informatica, Cognos, Business Objects etc
*Awareness of BI tools market, new vendors and trends
*Understanding of how BI solutions relate to other enterprise applications e.g. CRM, ERP etc

Experience and Background Required

*You will previously have had: exposure to full project development lifecycle for multiple large-scale BI delivery programmes for blue-chip clients
*Sector experience in Banking, Insurance, Investment Management, Consumer Goods, Telcos, Oil and Gas
*Experience of defining and implementing end-to-end application and infrastructure architectures for more than one enterprise data warehouse (ideally large or larger scale)

Salary to £120,000 + excellent benefits package
