Campaign Manager, Berkshire -
An innovative and successful consumer brand are looking for a skilled Campaign Manager to join their team. With at least 3 years' experience working on successful national and international campaigns, the Campaign Manager will have a firm understanding of above-the-line and below-the-line methods, and - because your campaigns will be targeted to audiences regionally, nationally and internationally - you will be an outstanding communicator. With experience managing a significant budget, the Campaign Manager will be a creative thinker and a confident negotiator, liaising cross-functionally to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of their campaigns, consistently aiming to adapt and improve their work.
A very varied and truly exciting role, you will - as a successful Campaign Manager - create, manage and implement the Market Strategy across a mixture of channels, involving both new and existing products. A vital role in the team, your inventive campaigns will build demand for the product through creative engagement, whilst still maintaining the highest possible brand positioning. Well-versed in above-the-line techniques, you will build demand for the company from product launches, ensuring regional and national partners are fully-equipped and prepared to perfectly coordinate themselves with your campaigns, through consistent communication to a broad variety of stakeholders.
