Campaign Manager/ Director (Outsourcing) Based in South Africa
Excellent opportunity for a Senior Campaign Manager/ Call Centre Manager who is experienced in running an inbound and/ or outbound client campaigns in a multi-client Outsource Contact Centre. Due to sustained growth and development over recent months my client has further opening for Senior Campaign Manager/ Call Centre Managers who can demonstrate a track record in driving and managing circa 100 FTEs in a blended outbound sales and retention outsourced campaign.
As a Senior Campaign Manager you will provide leadership and direction to ensure the KPIs and business objectives are achieved as well as being responsible for:
· Managing the full sales process
· Ensure training is a high priority to continually improve the performance and quality of all sales advisors
· Ensure that the customers journey in the sales process has exceed their expectation
· Ultimately shape, motivate and lead the sales function
Location: South Africa
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £50 basic £75,000 OTE
