Campaign Officer - £24,000-£27,000 - Central London

THE COMPANY
Our client is a cultural institute located on Bishopsgate, in the heart of London. Established in 1895, it offers a cultural events programme, education courses for adults, historic library and archive collection, and community programme.

THE ROLE
As the Campaign Officer you will be responsible for delivering aspects of the Campaigns Strategy, under leadership of the Campaigns Manager. You will support the Institute's PR, marketing and communications campaigns across social media, digital and print platforms to increase audience engagement and build widespread support for the organisation and its brand.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to the planning and resourcing of campaigns across digital, advertising and print channels
- Contributing to the development and the day to day maintenance of the Institute's distinctive, audience orientated on-line presence including website, digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Creating, as directed, direct marketing campaigns including copy writing, proof reading and creating emarketing campaigns
- Liasing with Content team and external designers/creative teams as needed to secure assets for campaign activity
- Support the development of new audiences aimed at greater participation levels and deeper engagement
- Monitoring and reporting on online visitor and audience activity information including online sales, web traffic and campaign effectiveness

YOU
To be able to apply for this Campaign Officer role you must have:
- A proven track record in developing and delivering innovative and effective multi-channel campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Digital execution
- Solid digital and social media skills including emarketing, content and advertising, AdWords, SEO, website management and Google Analytics
- Creative flair but with excellent analytical skills to monitor campaign effectiveness
- Background in heritage and/or arts/culture
