This mighty Category Development Manager for one of the big Top 4 retail partners, will give you category management responsibility for leading, global power brands – it is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to step up into a massive multinational business or perhaps someone looking to move to a bigger customer and who has the category "muscle" to make this happen. We seek a true shopper champion, someone with a solid depth of experience in range and category review alignment - also an individual with the ability to build and develop the category relationship with buyers and to position the company as the category expert. We want someone hungry for progression who is driven, ambitious and who respects those around them. This opportunity will give you a full on, challenging and highly rewarding position within a fast paced FMCG grocery environment where your category skills will be finely tuned and highly regarded.

You will join with proven UK FMCG retailer or manufacturer category management experience. You will be highly focussed on commercial success factors and be very driven by the achievement of sales and share targets for both the business and that of your customer. Clear, concise communication is key as is an open, collaborative, yet focused working style.
