Job Title   Category & Insight Manager

Location:  M4, M3, M25 Corridor

Package:   £55,000 to £65,000 + car allowance, bonus, benefits

We are a fast growing premium European chilled food brand and have changed the market with the introduction of natural, organic, flavoursome and nutritionally rich recipes.  We have pioneered the food in our category in the UK and have witnessed year on year growth. Our award winning range of products is listed in all of the major multiples and we are seeking a talented professional with a proven ability to make things happen and unlock opportunity. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our award winning and innovative company.

The Opportunity:

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially trained Category Manager & Insight Manager.  Working closely with the UK General Manager, the Sales Director and the Marketing Director you will make a significant contribution to developing and delivering our category strategy.

 

You will create, develop and lead the UK category strategy – adding structure to our insights and data using this to build better and stronger retailer relationships and ultimately grow our brand and share of category.  Also, you will be accountable for the delivery and execution of shopper insights and the management of category relationships.

You:

Of graduate calibre with an FMCG background in sales or marketing and category management, you will have significant knowledge of the UK grocery sector.  Highly commercial with strong analytical skills and the ability to probe and analyse research information.  We are seeking high potential individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a real passion for food and quality ingredients.
