Channel Marketing Manager, Broxbourne - A leading company who produce specialist products for both the B2C and B2B industries are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to manage five members of their commercial marketing team.
As Channel Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the management and implementation of all marketing communications activity to the relevant channels. Previous experience with direct mail will be essential, as your leads channel strategy will cover direct mail catalogues, e-commerce, and social media.
In addition to this, you'll manage the in-house Catalogue Production Team to deliver the business' direct mail, and the eCommerce Team, to maintain and control company websites.
As a sizeable chunk of the company's trading is done online, previous hands-on experience in e-commerce would give you a head start to excel in the role. More importantly, you'll need a strong background in B2B or B2C branding and product marketing through direct mail and catalogues.
Due to the nature of your role, experience of running a team will also come in handy, and you'll need to have strong management reporting skills. Your personality will also count for a lot to make sure that your team cooperates efficiently, so you'll need to be personable and quick-thinking so you're always on the ball.
