A leading communications agency with an established base of international and UK clients; they pride themselves on offering tailor-made consultancy-based services, both online and offline, to ensure that each campaign is as individual as the clients brief. Currently experiencing a growth period; this is a replacement role with a view to expanding the current client portfolio. The Head Office is based near to Petersfield, however, with a satellite office in London there is flexibility to work in the city also.
Your new role
You will have ultimate accountability for understanding your clients' needs and goals with a view to growing existing accounts and becoming a trusted partner to their business. Providing creative briefs and channel strategies and contributing to pitches and proposals. All work is linked to Internal Communications.
You will be an integral part of the organisation; working closely with Lead consultants and project managing a team of account managers and executives to produce a targeted, solution orientated campaign.
Utilising your excellent communication skills you will consult with stakeholders, lead campaign teams, present and pitch to clients and produce creative and technical copy writing and copy-editing. In addition you will advise on deliverable's and oversee and be responsible for all financial elements including organisational growth and client budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a wealth of demonstrable experience providing internal communications solutions within a similar senior client-liaison role. Previous marketing agency experience or managing a high-volume of projects at any one time is essential, as is a working knowledge of internal communications, ideally employee benefits or HR processes. Time management and prioritisation skills are essential. You will have an exceptional level of attention to detail and experience of proofreading documents. You'll have a proven track record of developing existing accounts and securing new work. A clear driving licence and willingness to travel is required.
