Our West End based client is seeking a a client service executive to support two very busy teams in their fabulous Central London offices. They have an enviable culture and working environment and will be looking for bright ex agency or ex FMCG candidates with about 1-3 years experience. This is a 9 month contract but could go permanent. The responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the team of Client Directors and Managers in delivering data driven communication campaigns and projects

- Supporting the team in pulling together leads for potential contact within the FMCG clients and clients within the loyalty partnership teams

- Liaising with contacts within the main client and learning how they are growing their business with their brands that they work with

- Supporting the team from an administrative perspective - ensuring spreadsheets are up to date for budget etc

- Being fully aware of every FMCG client's needs and how to communicate these with your team and the client

- Attending meetings and sitting in on conference calls

- Organising meetings and ensuring that your excellent organisational skills are supporting the wider team at all times

- Support launches of new propositions and NPDs

To be successful you have:

- ideally 2-3 years experience within Communications agency /marketing agency/ FMCG

- be educated to degree standard or equivalent

- a solid understanding of the FMCG landscape - this role is best for someone with this consumer focused background

- database management experience and project management skills
