We are working with a Retail Growth Consultancy who are establishing a presence in Manchester city centre. They're looking for a Client Director with significant experience of CRM within the Retail sector to join at what is a very exciting time for the business.
The business works with an enviable roster of leading UK retailers and they have grown consistently in recent years. Now looking to develop a Manchester presence to support their numerous Manchester clients their growth is directly attributable to the many ways they differentiate themselves within the marketplace. They don't conform to a traditional agency model. Their relationships are exclusively retained enabling them to focus on consulting with clients rather than looking for up-sell opportunities. They actively advise and challenge clients. And ultimately they have the expertise to do so - their Client Directors and senior management team are almost exclusively recruited from the Retail sector, from Head of Marketing and Head of CRM type roles.
