One of the premier international law firms are looking for an outstanding CRM manager to join their client relationship management team. The role holder will be tasked with the provision of high quality client development and relationship management for firm's priority clients.
The role will be partner and client facing and global in focus. The Client Development Manager will work across the firm's international network to strengthen and develop the firm's relationships with focus clients in order to drive new revenue growth and protect existing mature revenue streams, with the ultimate aim of shortening the sales cycle. Focusing on the firm's priority clients, you will be responsible for building broader and deeper relationships and will be tasked with supporting all aspects of the client experience framework and account management. This will include the development of client strategy and objectives, driving execution, the development of services, resourcing, processes, best practices, good financial hygiene and cost transparency, seeking and acting on client feedback, delivery of focused global relationship development and value-adding account management.
This firm are looking for the brightest talents out there so you will need to have a strong academic background allied to proven BD/CRM experience gained in a professional services environment, most likely either accountancy or legal. Client service focused and a highly-motivated self-starter, the Client Relationship Manager will require a high degree of commercial acumen and outstanding communication skills in order to liaise effectively with both partners and clients.
