Client Services Executive

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Executive to join our fantastic Support Team based in Cambridgeshire.

Who are we?

LogicMelon is a leading provider of Recruitment Software solutions. We’ve made the process of recruiting and managing candidates easier for our clients for over 8 years. Nowadays, our system processes around 2 million candidate applications every month and works for some of the largest recruiters in the UK. Chances are if you’ve applied for a job in the last month you are already in our system. With year on year growth of 40% we’re looking to grow our Support team. 

Delivering a five star customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Our new recruit will be joining the Client Services department to provide training and support to our clients, from day one of their contract. We’re looking for a friendly and positive person to join our welcoming team to help us deliver on our promises.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming client enquiries, providing excellent levels of service support

  • Communicating effectively with customers and internal departments

  • Providing training and support to new and current clients

Ideal requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Computer savvy

  • High levels of accuracy

  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task effectively

  • Ability to work both within a team and independently

Hours – 9:00am to 5:30pm
We offer full on-site training of our systems and products.
