Client Services Manager, Milton Keynes -
n international, well recognised agency based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes is currently looking for an agency professional to join their team as a Client Services Manager. This exciting and varied role will require multi-tasking - you will be scheduling client briefing meetings and internal development meetings, managing multiple projects at any one time, updating internal suppliers, implementing the best client solutions, monitoring spend and monthly invoicing, along with a range of other exciting things.
Other key responsibilities of the Client Services Manager will include:
- Client liaison and being the escalation point of contact;
- Managing the delivery of communication plans;
- Creating, updating and maintaining promotions;
- Creating design briefs and briefing the creative team;
- Supporting on events proposals;
- Identifying new business opportunities;
- Potential to line manage a Client Services Executive.
Previous experience of working in a client facing agency environment is essential and you will be comfortable managing and dealing with clients. If you have this experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation that offers excellent internal progression and benefits.
