An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales focused BD specialist to join a small team based in an innovative legal services organisation at the forefront of an industry growing at an unprecedented rate.
The Client Solutions Manager's primary objectives will be sales focused and you will be required to grow revenue from a pipeline of prospects and existing clients. Initially you will be responsible for a range of clients in all sectors, but over time you will own both areas and client segments. The role will include identifying a pipeline of target clients through research and securing pitching opportunities; leading client-facing meetings; managing proposals and formal pitch requests; keeping pipelines warm through regular contact and relevant marketing; representing the firm's interests at events and conferences; and providing day to day account management for existing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities within this client base and pitching new services and cross selling the firm's international offering.
The ideal candidate will be an open-minded and ambitious graduate who will thrive in an entrepreneurial team and possesses a strong ability to find solutions to difficult problems. Credibility will be a prerequisite for the role of Client Solutions Manager and, as a primary point of contact for clients, you will need to demonstrate a proven professional services track record of engaging and building trust with senior professionals whilst always maintaining an eye for detail. In addition it is essential that you are highly self-motivated, getting a genuine buzz from winning new business and growing accounts.
